How It Works

The Doubler system uses an elastic-driven mechanism to automatically advance products toward the front of the shelf. Unlike traditional systems that rely on springs and complex guided tracks, Doubler uses a flexible elastic band connected to a movable pedal unit.

As products are removed from the front, stored tension in the elastic band gently advances the remaining stock forward — from a fully loaded shelf to an almost empty one — without eating into product space.

In addition to automatic pushing, the elastic strip can also be manually pulled using the assist loop. This helps reposition heavier products or overcome higher friction conditions — giving staff more control when restocking.

How can Doubler be installed on non-slotted shelves (glass or wood)?

Doubler is primarily designed for slotted shelves. For non-slotted shelves such as glass or wood, a front-mounted U Profile can be installed. This creates a mounting point at the front edge of the shelf, allowing the system to be used without any permanent modification.
